At Lamalia Naturals, each product is carefully crafted in small batches with quality and integrity at the forefront. For this reason, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Should you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team via our contact form, including your order number so we may assist you with care and attention.

Due to the nature of our formulations and in the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to be considered.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, subject to assessment.

We do not accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including clear images of the item and packaging. Our team will carefully review your request and arrange a suitable resolution.

Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage remains the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
